The Filter Shop is pleased to welcome Shawn Martin and Amy Chullino to their team.
Shawn comes to them with many years of previous B2B sales, marketing, loss control, risk management and customer service partnerships. Shawn’s responsibilities at The Filter Shop will be to provide professional sales assistance to current and prospective clients while delivering a ‘Raving Fan’ customer service experience. Shawn will spend most of his time prospecting, marketing and managing accounts in Nebraska and Iowa markets. He will work to understand and assist with any type of filtration needs, including commercial / industrial HVAC, dust collection, water and cottonwood.
Amy is responsible for managing all front office policies and procedures. She works closely with customers and vendors to ensure their needs are met promptly and accurately. She is also their primary contact for all account receivable and payables. Amy has worn many administrative hats throughout her career including Office Management, Event Coordination, Staff Management, Promotions and Marketing. Amy has a high priority for customer service which enables her to create a “Raving Fan” in everyone!
