Symphony of Care (symphonyofcare.com) is proud to announce the addition of Madison Plautz as their new Director of Care. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Madison brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to her leadership role, combining academic excellence with hands-on caregiving experience.
Madison earned her degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Restaurant Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, with academic concentrations in Leadership, Communication, and Gerontology. Her educational journey reflects a lifelong passion for serving others with empathy, professionalism, and purpose.
Before stepping into leadership, Madison worked directly with individuals and families in need of care, gaining invaluable insight into the compassion, patience, and dedication this work requires. That firsthand experience continues to guide her as she helps shape Symphony of Care’s mission: strengthening families and enhancing lives through experience that cares.
“Madison’s blend of leadership skills, compassion, and understanding of the caregiving journey makes her an incredible asset to our organization,” said Richard Troia, President. “We’re thrilled to welcome her to the Symphony of Care team.”
Please join them in extending a warm welcome to Madison Plautz as she begins her new role supporting families and caregivers across our community. For more information, visit symphonyofcare.com.
