Superior Lighting Inc. is enhancing its customer service by adding a new member to the team. Annie-Lori Jorbe has joined the service department as the newest customer service representative. She will ensure that all of Superior’s customers’ needs are met in a timely manner. Before coming to Superior, Annie worked at Collins Properties as an office manager for five years. She managed the maintenance appointments for the tenants and made sure the maintenance staff knew what they needed to do on a daily basis. Jorbe has also worked for the Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s office as a dispatcher for 911 calls.
