StrategicHealthSolutions, LLC, is pleased to announce that Linn Davidson has joined the team as vice president of human resources, and a member of the senior management team.
Davidson brings more than 25 years of executive HR experience to Strategic in the areas of insurance, financial services, medical and higher education, and retail. She will oversee Strategic’s HR Department and work with Strategic’s leadership in the planning, directing and coordinating of all HR management activities.
Strategic is currently recruiting to fill five professional positions at its Omaha headquarters and six positions its Columbia, Md., office.
Prior to joining Strategic, Davidson served as human resource director at Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company in Grinnell, Iowa, for eight years. While living in Iowa, she also worked as the human resource director for Amerus Group in Des Moines, a publicly traded financial services company.
