Over her career, Stephanie has built a solid foundation by refining her skills and gaining a deep understanding of the sector’s unique challenges and opportunities. Recently, Stephanie has concentrated on human resources, developing a robust skill set in employee relations, talent acquisition and organizational development.

At Farris Engineering, Stephanie will be instrumental in driving the company’s HR initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement and strategic workforce planning.
