Sierra Eastridge Completes Internship with Universal Group, LTD
This past summer, Sierra Eastridge completed her internship with Universal Group, LTD (uninversalinsgroup.com), as well as working together with Resolutions & Beyond. She was able to learn about workers compensation and health benefits, and got a general feel for the insurance industry and how it relates to businesses in the health and wellness industries.
Having graduated in August, Sierra has just finished her senior year at the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she completed her bachelor’s in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science and a minor in psychology. At the start of her internship, Sierra came into the business focused on learning and growing in every aspect possible. She was eager to learn as much as she could in the internship opportunity to guide her into her future career. Her positive thinking, along with her willingness to put others first and serve others, helped her grow in the work environment.
