Seldin Announces Promotion of Michele Nathaniels to Chief Operating Officer
Seldin Company (Seldin.com) was excited to announce the promotion of Michele Nathaniels from Executive Vice President (EVP) of Operations to Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective at the end of October. Michele has been a part of the Seldin team for more than 15 years, serving in many capacities throughout her tenure. She is a results- and data-driven leader who has tremendous knowledge about property finance, contract management, and operations. She has extensive experience in all aspects of conventional and affordable housing, including compliance and fair housing. This promotion allows Michele to engage at the company level, with oversight of additional functions, including business development, marketing, facilities, and compliance. As a result of her promotion, Seldin Company will be hiring a new EVP of Operations, who will report directly to Michele and provide supervision to the company’s property operations team.
