With more than seven years of professional experience in water and wastewater engineering, Deters’ experience includes: water distribution and wastewater collection systems; grading and drainage; water source and storage sites; road alignment; paving plans; wastewater treatment facilities; and project management. At Schemmer, Deters will be responsible for projects with an emphasis on water/wastewater.
