SAC Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Matthew Cromer, Margie Johnson, Sharon Stahr and Dan Patterson.

Cromer has been promoted to Vice President of Internal Audit and Compliance. He joined SAC FCU in 2010 and was originally in the Operations area before moving to the Internal Audit Department. Cromer has a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and completed his MBA from American Military University while serving in the United States Air Force as a Mandarin Chinese Linguist.  He is a certified Internal Auditor through the Institute of Internal Auditors and will now head SAC’s Internal Audit and Compliance departments.

Johnson has been promoted to Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Enterprise Risk Management. She started her career with SAC FCU in 1996. Johnson has been responsible for compliance and risk management since 1987. She will be overseeing regulatory affairs and will lead the development and implementation of a strategic risk management program for SAC Federal Credit Union.

Stahr has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Culture Development. She joined SAC FCU in 1992.  Stahr has over 25 years of credit union experience including 20 years in Consumer Lending.  She has been leading SAC’s Culture Development department for the past 5 years.  Stahr will complete her BS in Management of Human Resources from Bellevue University in May 2014.

Patterson has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. He joined SAC FCU in 2010 as the Accounting Manager.  Patterson earned his Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Finance in 2006 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed his MBA with an Accounting Emphasis in 2013 from Bellevue University.  Patterson is actively working towards passing the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exams.
