McGrath North attorney Roger J. Miller has been elected Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.  Roger joins McGrath North attorney A. Stevenson Bogue as two of only five Nebraska attorneys who have received this distinction. The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers was established in 1995 through an initiative of the Council of The Section of Labor and Employment Law of the American Bar Association.  Election as a labor and employment Fellow is the highest recognition by one’s colleagues of sustained outstanding performance in the profession, exemplifying integrity, dedication, and excellence.

Roger also serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator and is listed on panels of the American Arbitration Association.  Currently, he is listed in Best Lawyers, Chambers USA and Great Plains Super Lawyers.  He obtained his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1973 and earned his B.S.B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1970.
