The Midlands Community Foundation Board of Directors has named Patrick Sullivan, representing Bellevue as one of its newest members.

Patrick Sullivan graduated from the Nebraska School of Law in Lincoln and was admitted to practice law in Nebraska in 1994 and in Iowa in 2012.  Sullivan’s practice, Adams & Sullivan, P.C., L.L.O., focuses on real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, business law, and estate planning, along with representing several governmental entities including the City of Bellevue for which he serves as general counsel.  Sullivan is a member of the Sarpy County Bar Association and the 2nd Judicial District Bar Association.  He also is a member of the Sarpy County Merit Commission and is active in local charitable and civic organizations, including the Bellevue Community Foundation and Midlands Community Foundation, for which he served as 2015 Golf Tournament chair.
