Ovation Introduces Daniel Spicer as Director of Dining and Culinary Operations
Ovation Heartwood Preserve (www.ovationheartwoodpreserve.com) is excited to introduce Daniel Spicer as their new director of dining and culinary operations.
Daniel comes to Ovation with over 25 years of hospitality and senior dining experience throughout the Omaha area. In addition to several years of experience as an Executive Chef, Daniel brings strong leadership abilities to the Ovation team after holding high level management positions with Leslie Hospitality, CHI Health Systems, and Immanuel Communities. His experience in the senior living environment, paired with his past food and beverage experience, makes him a great fit to oversee the creative aspects of Ovation’s many dining options.
Ovation Heartwood Preserve is a senior living community in West Omaha opening in Winter 2022.
