Omaha Home for Boys Announces Six New Directors to 2016-17 Board
The Omaha Home for Boys (omahahomeforboys.org) proudly announces the appointment of community and business leaders James E. Kelley, Ashley Young, Aileen Warren, Gary S. Unger, Jeffrey Coleman and Janis K. Christensen as directors to the 2016 Board of Directors.
James E. Kelley is a program manager at First Data Corp. and also provides legal services to mid-sized organizations and private individuals through his own firm, Kelley & Associates.
Ashley Young is a substitute teacher and stay-at-home mom who is involved with several community organizations including Angels Among Us, Make A Wish, Easter Seals, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Child Saving Institute, among others.
Aileen Warren is the Assistant Vice Chancellor, Director of Human Resources, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Prior to that, Warren spent 17 years in human resources at First Data Resources, leaving in 2014 as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Jeffrey Coleman has held business analyst roles at some of Omaha’s top companies, including Northern Natural Gas where he is the senior business analyst. He’s also worked for Sitel, Oriental Trading Company and ConAgra Foods.
Gary S. Unger is a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran and retiree who most recently served as the Site Manager/Business Development/Corporate Recruiter for Sumaria Systems, Inc.
Janis K. Christensen spent the majority of her professional career working in the Omaha Public School system, starting at Nathan Hale Junior High and finishing at Millard North High School. She now works part time with the OPS district business partnerships.
Directors were elected at the January board meeting and serve three-year terms.
