OBI Creative has selected Tom Baker to manage Business Development at OBI Creative and to promote the O’Brien Voice of the Customer Study (o.VoC ™).  They have also hired Lana LeGrand as Director of Operations and Leadership, Kristin Jernstrom as Account Manager, Sara Nelson as Account Coordinator and Chris Hessig as Office Manager and Executive Assistant.

A Nebraska native, Baker returns to Omaha after working in Seattle for 14 years in the advertising industry.  He is now based out of OBI Creative’s Omaha office to develop business contacts and promote OBI’s signature market research product, O’Brien Voice of the Customer (o.VoC ™).

The O’Brien Voice of the Customer is a holistic marketing study that starts at the foundation of marketing – gaining in-depth insight into the experience or interaction between a company or supplier and its customers from the customer’s perspective while understanding the competitive landscape. The results are actionable improvements to the business.
