Mosaic (mosaicinfo.org) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rochelle Cross as its new Nebraska State Operations Director. Rochelle, who has been with Mosaic since 2016, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to improving services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Rochelle’s career at Mosaic began as Associate Director in Axtell, NE, later joining the national support office in quality before returning to operations. Before joining Mosaic, Rochelle spent 10 years working in various roles with an outpatient dialysis provider.
Rochelle holds an associate degree in long-term care administration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is currently pursuing a master’s in business analytics. Additionally, Rochelle is a Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) Inter-Reliability Rated Personal Outcomes Measure interviewer and holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
A dedicated professional, Rochelle lives in Nebraska with her husband, Wade, and their two sons, McLayne and Wyatt, as well as their two cats.
