McGill Restoration Promotes Ron Stricklett and Justin Beckstrom

McGill Restoration (www.mcgillrestoration.com) is excited to announce the promotions of Ron Stricklett to superintendent and Justin Beckstrom to foreman.

Stricklett has over 24 years of construction experience, running large-scale, concrete restoration projects. He came to work at McGill Restoration in 2001 and now has been with the company for over 18 years. Stricklett has spent most of his career with McGill Restoration in a leadership role, in which he has managed crews and projects for over 15 years. Stricklett served in the Marine Corps and is a veteran of Desert Storm. He is a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and holds an ACI Certification as a Certified Shotcrete Nozzleman. Stricklett’s extensive experience and leadership skills will continue to help move McGill Restoration forward for years to come.

Beckstrom has over eight years of construction experience and has been with McGill Restoration since 2010. He was one of the first candidates to be enrolled into McGill Restoration’s FIT (Foreman in Training) Program, and he is the first candidate to successfully complete the training program and be promoted to foreman. Beckstrom has demonstrated to his peers that he has the qualities and experience to lead crews and manage projects successfully.
