Cornhusker Bank (Cornhusker.Bank) is pleased to announce that Michael Matejka, a distinguished real estate attorney with over four decades of experience, joined the Omaha Advisory Board on January 1, following the retirement of Frank Mihulka.

A respected figure in Omaha’s legal and business community, Matejka has been a cornerstone of the real estate legal field since joining the Omaha office of Woods Aitken in 2007, following nearly 25 years with another local firm. “Michael’s leadership and experience will enhance our efforts to better serve and increase our presence in the Omaha market. Cornhusker Bank appreciates our continued partnership with Woods Aitken.” said Allen Chaffee, Chief Banking Officer of Cornhusker Bank.

Matejka is deeply engaged in the legal community. He is an active member of the Nebraska Bar Association’s Real Estate Practice Guidelines Committee and has served as chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. Additionally, his expertise is nationally recognized through his membership in the prestigious American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
