Kids Can CEO Robert Patterson Receives Afterschool Advocate Award

Kids Can Community Center (www.KidsCan.org) CEO Robert Patterson has been selected by Collective for Youth to receive the Afterschool Advocate Award. This award is given to an individual who acts as an advocate for afterschool programs by supporting programs, raising awareness, and promoting the importance of afterschool programs in the community. Robert’s leadership helps ensure over 500 children a day are served at five locations across Omaha. The award will be presented during the Lights on Afterschool Celebration on October 5.
