KBS Capital Markets Group (KBS-CMG), an affiliate of KBS Capital Advisors and KBS Realty Advisors, has announced that Timothy Ledbetter has joined the company as regional vice president of the High Plains region, encompassing Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska, a territory that has become increasingly important to the Newport Beach, Calif., commercial real estate advisor.
In his new role, Ledbetter will cultivate and maintain existing partnerships with financial advisors, money managers and planners within the three-state region to support the company’s growing portfolio of public non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) products.
