Investors Realty, Inc. Appoints New COO Timothy Langan, Esq.

Investors Realty, Inc. is proud to announce Timothy Langan as the new Chief Operating Officer.  Langan holds a BS in Business Administration and Communications from the University of Kansas and a law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.  He began his career in the Nebraska legislature and as a Douglas County Public Defender. Prior to joining Investors Realty, he served as Vice President and Legal Counsel at Omaha Title & Escrow Inc. and Fidelity National Title Group in Omaha, where he gained experience in leadership, management, and operations. Langan is also an active member of the community. He is a graduate of Leadership Omaha-Class 35, a Dr. John T. Langan Professorship Advisory Committee member, and current TeamMates mentor.  Recent growth at Investors Realty led to the addition of this management position. Langan will foster strategic business development, manage client relations, as well as supervise the property management portfolio’s compliance and operational oversight.
