Dr. Nichelle Horton Brown has joined the Immanuel Pathways Omaha clinic leadership team. Brown, a native of Omaha and Central High School graduate, went on to Creighton University to achieve a BA in Psychology and UNMC for her doctorate. For the past several years, Dr. Horton Brown has practiced community and family medicine in Plattsmouth and Omaha, before starting her own practice in 2010.
In her new role as Primary Care Physician for Immanuel Pathways, Brown will directly coordinate geriatric medical care and the care delivered by Immanuel Pathways contracted providers for enrolled participants at the Omaha, NE Immanuel Pathways PACE Center. The Immanuel Pathways Omaha center is Nebraska’s first approved PACE Center. PACE is short for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. It provides the complete range of health and wellness care to participating seniors.
