David Storm has assumed his new role at Immanuel Pathways as Community Outreach Manager. Storm has been with Immanuel in various capacities for over 25 years and in his most recent position as Lifeline by Immanuel Manager. In this new role, Storm will manage the community outreach and education of PACE, (Programs of all Inclusive Care for the Elderly) for Immanuel Pathways for Nebraska. Storm completed his Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Master’s Degree at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and received a Certificate in Biomedical Communications from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Immanuel Pathways offers a unique service to enable people of the age 55 and older with chronic care needs to be served in their homes and communities whenever possible. Their comprehensive team of health care professionals coordinates all aspects of care to support the quality of life their participants have built in their homes and in the community. Currently Immanuel Pathways operates the Pace Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa and is soon to open the newest center in Omaha, Nebraska.
