HRAM Names Lynn Owen as Recipient of 2018 Volunteer of the Year
The Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM) (www.hram.org) named Lynn Owen as Recipient of 2018 Volunteer of the Year the 2018 Volunteer of the Year at their chapter program on February 12. The award is given annually to a member who has made outstanding contributions to HRAM, its membership, and the community during the year.
Owen is a HRAM board member and co-chair of the government affairs committee. With her past co-chair, Cheryl Pignotti, Owen strategically planned over the past three years how to bring more and better programming to the HRAM membership.
Owen earned her B.S. in Communications from Wayne State College and her M.B.A. from Bellevue University. In 2012, she received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and has been employed by CQuence Health Group as a human resources business partner since 2014.
HRAM is the premiere organization for human resource professionals in the Omaha metropolitan area and is the local affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
