Heartland Family Service is pleased to announce the hire of Donna Dostal, MPA as Vice President for Development.  Donna joined Heartland Family Service in 2013 after nearly a year on the Board of Directors. As Vice President for Development, she oversees the agency’s fundraising efforts, volunteer involvement, marketing, communications and public relations.

Donna brings more than a decade of impactful business experience that delivered results for many regional and national organizations. Prior to HFS, she served as Senior Manager of National Business Development within the Strategic Initiatives department at Bellevue University.  A life-long resident of Omaha, Donna has a bachelor’s degree in both Communication Arts and Liberal Arts Management, as well as a master’s degree in public administration from Bellevue University. She is a City Planning Commissioner for the City of Bellevue, Nebraska, serves on the Complete Streets Advisory Panel for the City of Bellevue and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers, the Omaha Organizational Development Network and the Human Resource Association of the Midlands.
