Greater Omaha Packing Names Wendy Thornhill New Director of Strategic Marketing
Greater Omaha Packing (greateromaha.com) welcomes Wendy Thornhill as director of strategic marketing and corporate communication. In this newly created position, Thornhill will work closely with the leadership team, sales, and marketing functions, suppliers, and critical customers to support Greater Omaha Packing branding and brand image. In addition, she will be directly responsible for Greater Omaha Packing’s public relations, including managing and developing social media platforms and websites.
In her most recent role with Certified Angus Beef, Thornhill led marketing strategies with signature restaurants in Northeast Ohio, and provided market solutions, training, and education for Eastern U.S. distributors, restaurant operators, and retailers. Thornhill also managed the content and launch of the new sales focused CAB brand app. Prior to CAB, she led marketing efforts in retail grocery, graphic design, and healthcare industries.
