FAMILY, Inc. (www.familyia.org) welcomes Emily Tosoni as part of the Board of Directors. Emily, originally from Omaha but now an Iowa transplant, earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Iowa State University and her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. After graduating from law school, Emily moved to Council Bluffs and now works at Baird Holm, a law firm in downtown Omaha, working with individuals and families with estate planning and estate administration.
In her spare time, you can find Emily reading a book or watching movies with her husband and her cat. Not being originally from Council Bluffs, Emily wanted to get more involved in the community she now calls home. Emily has seen the value of access to education and health services and hopes to contribute to FAMILY Inc.’s amazing work in these areas in her new role on the Board of Directors. With her legal background, Emily looks forward to bringing a unique perspective to the organization.
