Envision Success Inc (ESI) recently welcomed Julie Strzyz to the team as a Personal Growth and Leadership Coach. Julie is a trained Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute. She complements the ESI coaching team with her chosen niche, personal development coaching. Prior to joining Envision Success, Julie spent over 12 years in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. She left her position as Director of Marketing and Business Development in search of a different life path. She enlisted the services of a coach and the work they did together was invaluable. She decided that she wanted the opportunity to do for others what her coach has done for her. Julie is widely curious about the human experience and relishes being a champion for her clients. She firmly believes that fostering the whole person results in a more engaged person – at work, at home, and in the community.
Julie is an alumna of Creighton University, Leadership Omaha Alumni Association President (LO34), Women’s Center for Advancement Guild President, and an active community volunteer. She lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her husband Peter and their two dogs, Athena and Apollo.
