Meng-Frecker, PE, LS, is responsible for generation of business through client relationships and oversight of marketing and branding efforts at E & A Consulting Group, Inc. where he has worked for 16 years. John’s background in surveying and civil engineering add real experience to project and business development efforts. Taking the CPSM exam created a deadline and a need to learn about marketing, communications and business development for John who stepped into his position as Director of Business Development one year ago.
