E&A Adds James Hammitt to Construction Dept.

E & A Consulting Group, Inc. has added James Hammitt to their Construction Administration staff.  Jim has twenty years experience with construction inspection, observation and materials testing for a wide variety of civil and structural projects.  Jim comes to E&A with several certificates and an educational background in architectural engineering.  Jim will work with Randy Pierce, PE who heads the Construction Management Services Department at E&A.
