E & A Consulting Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that six employees have been added as company shareholders.  Each of them are project managers or supervisors in their respective departments who have demonstrated leadership and dedication to the firm.  These key employees promote and advance E&A’s Engineering Answers brand: Jason Thiellen; Kyle Vohl, PE; Jason Headley, LS; Eric Schaben, LS; Bob Czerwinski; and Zach Jilek, CPESC.

Jason Thiellen leads planning, landscape architecture and subdivision platting. He has a master’s degree in community planning and his background in land development provides valuable knowledge and experience to E&A clients.  Jason has been with E&A for 6 years.

Kyle Vohl, PE has worked at E&A for 13 years and is responsible for large residential and commercial land development projects.  Kyle received the NeSPE Eastern Chapter ‘Young Engineer of the Year’ award in 2010.  He uses innovative Civil 3D abilities for subdivision design together with research and implementation of storm water management for Low Impact Development.

Jason Headley, LS, Certified Federal Surveyor, has worked for E&A for 22 years.   He is skilled in traditional surveying methods and with Global Positioning System (GPS) techniques.  As a Survey Project Manager, Jason is responsible for managing survey projects, budgets, workflow and for directing daily operations of survey crews.

Eric Schaben, LS has held every position in the survey department in his 17 years at E&A. He has earned a land surveyors license in five surrounding states and is currently a project manager.  Eric’s in-depth knowledge of both office and field procedures provides experienced Engineering Answers to satisfied clients.

Bob Czerwinski manages our Sewer and Improvement District (SID) Department and has been with E&A for 12 years.  Bob’s customers are the SID boards, attorneys, owner associations and residents within each SID who tell us how pleased they are with the responsive customer service he provides.

Zach Jilek, CPESC is the manager of the Environmental Services Department for E&A.  Mr. Jilek is a graduate of UNO with a degree in construction engineering.  He has been with E&A for 8 years with primary responsibilities for grading, sediment and erosion control projects, post construction stormwater management, and industrial stormwater permitting and inspections.
