Charles Drew Health Center (CDHC) is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Sachin Verma, DDS who will serve as the Dental Director and leader for expanding community and population based dentistry for CDHC.
In his new role, Dr. Sachin Verma will be responsible for performing as the clinical leader for oral health services and patient care related activities. Additionally, he will provide oversight in quality improvement, provider recruitment and retention and service excellence initiatives. In his administrative role he will be charged with developing collaborative efforts within the academic, professional and dental community.
A graduate of New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry, Dr. Verma has practiced clinical dentistry in the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Verma completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from SDM College of Dental Sciences & Hospital in Karnataka, India. He completed his hospital-based General Practice Residency at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Professionally, Dr. Verma is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
