Doris Robertson Named President of Farmers & Merchants, Inc., Union Bank & Trust Executive Committee Member

It was announced on March 21st that Doris Robertson was named President of Farmers & Merchants, Inc.  She was also added to Union Bank & Trust’s (www.ubt.com) Executive Committee, serving as a liaison for holding company activities to Union Bank & Trust senior management led by President & CEO Angie Muhleisen.  In addition to these new responsibilities, Robertson continues to serve business clients in her role as Vice President of Commercial Loans at Union Bank & Trust.

Farmers & Merchants, Inc. is the holding company of Union Bank & Trust and has a number of subsidiaries including Union Title, Zelle, Infovisa, UTS Solutions, Adminisystems and Union Investment Advisors.  Her role includes oversight of holding company operations, regulatory and financial reporting, and participation in the management of holding company subsidiaries.

Robertson has been with Union Bank & Trust for thirteen years serving as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Controller focusing a portion of her time on holding company regulatory and financial reporting and accounting. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Accounting from Kearney State College, a Masters of Business from the University of Nebraska and she has designation as a Certified Public Accountant.
