The Nebraska Methodist College (NMC) community celebrated President and CEO Dennis Joslin’s ten years as the college’s leader. The event included comments and stories by faculty, staff, Methodist Hospital administration and a touching tribute by Joslin’s wife, Susan Joslin, Ph.D.
From 1976 through the present, Joslin has been an instrumental force in forming one of the most recognized accredited healthcare colleges in the region. He served in several capacities within the college, from instructor to vice president of Academic Affairs, before being inaugurated as NMC’s president in 2002. Joslin is the second president since 1985 when the school was officially authorized as a degree granting college.
Joslin is known for his visionary leadership, academic contributions and his community service. In addition to his presidential oversight of NMC, Joslin serves on several regional and national healthcare, wellness and educational boards.
