Jessi brings over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in employee relations, performance management, policy development and compliance. She holds the SHRM-CP credential and has previously led initiatives in HR strategy and organizational development.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jessi is deeply committed to community service. She has volunteered with the American Cancer Society, Boy Scouts of America and the American Red Cross. For more than a decade, she served as the State of Nebraska representative for Conquer Chiari. Jessi also actively supports school and community groups and serves as the theater director at her local school.
