Grant Melotz, a native of the Bennington area, has a diverse background spanning agriculture, engineering, and finance. After earning a master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and leading product design for a local company, Grant transitioned to his family’s accounting practice, where he also completed a master’s in accounting. Now a partner at Melotz Group in Omaha, he combines technical expertise, financial acumen, and a strong work ethic to serve clients throughout the region. Steve and Jana Faller join the board as a dynamic couple with decades of experience in construction and real estate.

Steve Faller has built over 900 homes and developed multiple communities during his 30-year career, while Jana Faller leads a firm managing over $50 million in listings and specializes in land development and marketing strategy.
