Christian Outreach Program – Elkhorn (COPE, copeinfo.org) has appointed Nancy Lary as their new Executive Director. Lary first joined COPE in 2016 as an Outreach Coordinator, connecting clients with needs-based services in the community. As Executive Director, she will focus on expanding services and support for COPE throughout Western Douglas County.

COPE’s community outreach program is dedicated to providing essential resources to our neighbors in western Douglas County. Through their food pantry, clothing closet, rental assistance and utility assistance programs, they strive to alleviate financial burdens and help families in need. COPE’s goal is to create a supportive and inclusive community where everyone has access to basic necessities.

COPE provides food, clothing, case management and financial assistance for individuals and families in western Douglas County. Connecting people with the resources they need to thrive is at the heart of COPE’s mission. Originally founded in 2003 by local churches, the nondenominational organization continues to provide fellowship and caring concern to residents in need.
