Centris Federal Credit Union (centrisfcu.org) is excited to announce the hiring of Jana Lemrick as the new director of human resources. Lemrick will lead the HR department’s strategic initiatives, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance.
In her new role, Lemrick will focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace, helping Centris continue its mission of being a trusted lifelong financial partner to its members.
With nearly two decades of experience, Lemrick brings a wealth of expertise in developing and managing job classifications, compensation plans and labor contracts. She holds an executive master’s of business administration degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
