Carrie Svendsen Named HRAM President, Plans to Focus on Membership

Carrie Svendsen has been named the Human Resource Association of the Midlands’ (HRAM; www.hram.org) 2020 board president and she intends to grow the organization. Development and volunteer opportunities plus a newly launched website with helpful features for members will be key to that growth. Svendsen, the HR director for the City of Papillion, has been a member of HRAM for the past 12 years and has served as board secretary and on the Government Affairs Committee.

Human Resource Association of the Midlands is the premiere organization for human resource professionals in the Omaha metropolitan area and is the local affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
