Berry Law Welcomes Veterans Disability Attorney Claire Hillan Sosa
Berry Law (jsberrylaw.com) is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Claire Hillan Sosa to the team. Hillan Sosa is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs and was admitted to practice law before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She will serve in the Veterans disability division.
Claire is passionate about helping veterans obtain the full benefits they deserve. As a former VA claims reviewer, she brings inside knowledge of the bureaucracy of the VA and a deep understanding of the law to her tireless advocacy of clients.
Hillan Sosa completed her undergraduate work in political science at CUNY Queens College in New York before graduating summa cum laude from Creighton University School of Law. She clerked for federal district judge Joseph F. Bataillon, Chief Justice Michael G. Heavican of the Nebraska Supreme Court, and completed a constitutional impact litigation fellowship. She holds bar admissions with the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the state of Nebraska.
