Cornhusker Bank (www.CornhuskerBank.com) President and CEO, Barry Lockard, has been chosen to lead the board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, a wholesale bank that serves as a source of credit for member financial institutions in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma.

Lockard has served on the boards of directors of the Nebraska Bankers Association, the American Bankers Association Community Bankers Council and is a trustee for the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, where he is an alum and has also served as a member of the faculty.
