Apartment Association of Nebraska Announces 2019 Board of Directors

The Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN) (AANeb.org) is proud to announce the 2019 board of directors. New to the board are as follows: Rachel Birge, vice president of investor relations at Metonic Real Estate Solutions; Ben Hoglund, asset manager and acquisitions specialist for NewStreet Properties; Lindsay Hannah, director of residential management with White Lotus Group; and Wade Carbaugh, outside sales specialist with Ferguson Facilities Supply.

Re-elected for a second term with the AAN board: Tristian Witte, residential property manager with Monarch Investments; and Heather Graewe, senior regional manager with Commercial Investment Properties.

These outstanding leaders join the following board members who are currently in their two-year term: Genero Jimenez, property manager with T&N Investments; Jaime Ruml, regional manager with Timberland Partners; Angela Gibbs, sales executive with RentPath; Gene Eckel, attorney with Stalnaker, Becker & Buresh; Kelly Calderone, vice president of Residential Asset Management; and Sarah Thompson, senior property manager with the Lund Company.

Newly elected board members will hold a two-year term. The role of the board of directors is to supervise and direct the affairs of the Apartment Association of Nebraska. The AAN is a 501 (C)6 whose mission is to support, inform, and connect the multi-family community through education, legislation, and professional networking.
