Community Alliance (community-alliance.org) is thrilled to announce Aileen Brady, a longtime leader at Community Alliance who has decades of experience in community mental health services, as our next CEO.
“In more than four decades with Community Alliance, Aileen Brady has proven to be a thoughtful and innovative leader who has profoundly impacted mental health care in our community,” said George Kleine, chair of the Community Alliance board. “I’m confident Aileen will lead Community Alliance forward with skill, determination and an enduring commitment to the mission, values and vision that have made Community Alliance the standard-bearer of mental health care in our community.”
Aileen joined Community Alliance in 1982. Early in her tenure, she developed and managed Community Alliance’s Day Rehabilitation program — the first of its kind in Omaha that helps people develop the skills and routines necessary to achieve long-term recovery. She has served as chief operating officer since 1991. In this role, she has fostered and advanced an integrated, whole-health approach addressing mental health, physical health and social needs of those served by Community Alliance; led the adoption and implementation of evidenced-based practices; and overseen the organization’s planning, management and delivery of program services, evaluation, staff training and organizational culture.
Aileen will begin the role of CEO on Nov. 1, 2024. To learn more about Community Alliance visit, community-alliance.org.
