Esch joined the firm in 2011 after graduating from Creighton University with a BS in Business Administration and Economics.
McQueen joined the firm in 2013 and earned a BBA in Business Management and a Certificate of Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa. McQueen also earned a Master of Investment Management & Financial Analysis degree from Creighton University. Both Esch and McQueen hold the Accredited Member (AM) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
