Over Easy Restaurant Back Open for Business

Over Easy (overeasyomaha.com) is thrilled to have their restaurant back open for business after facing a shutdown that lasted over a month due to burst frozen pipes in early January. After absorbing four to six inches of standing water on the floor, a restoration team quickly came to the rescue with cleanup services. Drywall, insulation, and ceiling needed to be removed and replaced to ensure a thorough repair.

Over a month after being forced to shut down, Over Easy opened back up for business on February 6. Owner Nick Bartholomew originally thought it would take months to reopen, so the business is thrilled to be open sooner than anticipated. The restaurant celebrated the reopening with Sunday brunch that featured new menu items and mimosas.
