After nearly two years of preparation, Out of the Box (outoftheboxstore.net) has opened the doors of their big and beautiful new store in Ralston. The showroom is located in the historic Granary complex, same as the ever-popular Bushwacker’s Dance Hall & Bar. Out of the Box is situated in the rear on the east side with the bright yellow doors. They have 20,000+ square feet and two floors of designer brand furniture and lighting, in addition to unique bathroom, kitchen, decor, doors, tile, and architectural details. The store also features an art gallery featuring internationally acclaimed Nebraska artists. There is plenty of parking and wheel chair access to the main floor.
Jody Strauch-Lundberg and Steen Lundberg founded Out of the Box in 2011 to offer the finest designer names in gently used recycled and reclaimed home improvement products at affordable prices. Previously based in Lincoln, Out of the Box invites friends from both Lincoln and Omaha to take a short trip to check out all of their quality reclaimed items. Whether your taste is contemporary, traditional, primitive, or eclectic, you’ll fi nd something you love.
