Youth Emergency Services (YES) (yesomaha.org)will be hosting their 2024 Golf Outing presented by Union Pacific Railroad. The event is set to take place on Monday, August 26, at Deer Creek. Registration check-in begins at 10 a.m., and the shotgun start for golfing is set for noon.

Since 1995, Youth Emergency Services and Union Pacific Railroad have come together to organize the annual Golf Outing—a networking event for Union Pacific employees, partners and vendors, which is designed to help promote awareness and raise funds for YES.

Founded in 1974, YES has continued to provide housing and support to youth experiencing instability, crisis and homelessness. Under this mission, the organization strives to help young people, aged 16-24, meet their basic needs—from food security to hygienic maintenance and housing and more. Through the agency’s programming pathway, youth develop the necessary skills and resources to become independent and self-sufficient individuals within the community.

At the completion of YES’ programming, youth are equipped with the skills and resources they need to survive and thrive on their own in the community. To learn more about YES’ mission and programs, visit yesomaha.org/youth-resources.
