Women’s Center for Advancement’s (WCA) Bridges to Opportunity program is accepting applications for its fourth cohort group through May 31, 2012.

The Bridges to Opportunity program assists clients in breaking the cycle of poverty for good by finding permanent solutions to their challenges, overcoming barriers, and gaining self-reliance.

Individuals must apply for the program. Once accepted into the program clients participate in a 20-week group workshop designed to help individuals examine their lives and develop plans for building personal and family resources.

To apply, individuals must complete an application found on the WCA website.  Individuals will also interview with a selection committee.
