WasteCap Nebraska, in cooperation with WasteCap Resource Solutions of Wisconsin, is sponsoring a one-day training course for Construction and Demolition Waste Recycling on Thursday July 11th at 3555 Farnam Street in Omaha. Participants are eligible to receive a three-year accreditation in Construction Waste Recycling for this professional development course. LEED AP’s and LEED Green Associates are eligible for 7.5 Continuing Education Units through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The training includes specifications and contract language, identification of target materials, writing a C&D Waste Management plan, site logistics, monitoring, documentation, and more. WasteCap Resource Solutions has provided on-site construction waste recycling plans and monitoring for more than $3 billion worth of construction projects for builders, developers and owners, diverting over 385,000 tons of debris from America’s landfills.
