Visiting Nurse Association (vnatoday.org, VNA) staff showed support for children and families last week by wearing blue for Child Abuse Prevention Month. VNA’s Healthy Families America program teaches positive parenting strategies to build healthy parent-child interactions and relationships.

“It’s been our privilege to serve children and families in the Omaha community for 128 years,” said Dr. Carole Patrick, VNA President and CEO. “We are committed to supporting and educating parents and caregivers, and helping families understand important ways to protect their children physically and emotionally.”
