Tickets are now on sale for the hottest event in town, Blue Collar Boxing! This annual charity boxing tournament, hosted by the Omaha Federation of Labor AFL-CIO and United Way of the Midlands (unitedwaymidlands.org), will take place on Friday, December 11, at Baxter Arena in Omaha.
During Blue Collar Boxing, 24 local labor union members will face off in the boxing ring for charity. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to United Way of the Midlands and the Nebraska Center for Workforce Development and Education to help community members meet their essential needs, obtain post-secondary support and upskill/reskill to secure jobs and provide for themselves and their families.
General admission tickets start at $33 and can be purchased at BlueCollarBoxing.org and the Baxter Arena box office.
